Brian Welch joined SEA, Inc. in 2007 and utilizes his knowledge from 30 years of structural engineering experience with each new project. His large commercial experience includes the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls. He also has extensive experience in steel-framed office buildings and wood-framed multi-family housing and hotels. Brian diligently designs and details his projects to provide the best service possible.
