Rob Maher is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of structural-design experience. Rob began his career with DLR Group in Minneapolis, where he gained hands-on experience designing K–12 schools, higher education and justice facilities. He later advanced to large-scale commercial and high-rise building projects while working with OPUS Architects & Engineers. In 2006 he relocated to Sioux Falls — after a year of developing an agricultural building product line for Sioux Steel Company, he joined SEA Inc. in 2007. Since then, he has helped lead SEA’s structural design efforts and helped maintain lasting client relationships.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at his local church, and cheering on the SDSU Jackrabbits.
