SEA, Inc. was formed in April 2002 to provide Consulting Structural Engineering services.  Our staff consists of four experienced structural engineers, Greg Hannestad, PE, Brian Welch, PE,SE, Mark Smith, PE, SE and Rob Maher, PE  -  two with Master’s degrees in Structural Engineering. Our staff averages 20 years experience in design and construction of regional projects. Our staff includes two of the very few engineers in South Dakota with the additional Structural II PE description.
